designing the core elements of a personal brand: Logo, color palette, and business cards

The process began with developing logo variants inspired by two of my passions: photography and the mountains. To further explore typography and layout, I applied the selected logo to a business card design in both portrait and landscape formats.

Color grading is used as a storytelling tool to visualize the contrast between the city and the countryside. The narrative levels are defined by distinct color palettes: warm tones for memories, cool hues for the urban setting, and natural colors for the countryside. This strong visual contrast highlights the characters' separate worlds and enhances the song's melancholic atmosphere.

The visual identity is built around a bold letter 'V' featuring an integrated arrow. This key visual represents the core brand values of orientation, departure, and personal growth.

The color palette balances vibrancy with warmth: A vibrant pink represents energy and growth, while a soft yellow provides a welcoming contrast that reflects the event’s friendly atmosphere. To further emphasize the theme of navigation, a recurring star shape serves as a symbol for inspiration and guidance.

To extend the brand experience, the ticket design mirrors the poster aesthetic. A supplementary sticker set featuring key visuals (like the logo and star) serves as a playful souvenir and marketing tool to boost brand recognition.

The website offers a direct user journey. The landing page provides a quick event overview, while the program section allows users to dive deeper into workshops. A dedicated 'Community' area explains the long-term vision and links to the exchange platform.

Following the initial black-and-white draft, I developed a strategic color palette.
The primary color is a golden yellow, inspired by the 'golden hour' in photography, symbolizing joy, optimism, and creativity. To complete the scheme, I added a lighter yellow for monochromatic harmony and a dark green to create a striking warm-cold contrast.

The project concluded with a documentation compiling all exercises. The layout is defined by a visible grid system as its main stylistic element, giving the design a modern, structured appearance. Visually, the design relies on a reduced palette featuring Turquoise as the single accent color. This ensures strong visual coherence across all pages, creating a calm aesthetic that keeps the focus firmly on the presented work.
